Returns and Exchanges

Our WOW team is continuously striving to provide you with the products that make you stand out from the crowd and absolutely WOW, inside out! We know how special you are, therefore, we give special attention to each and every product before dispatching it, and our team is there to help you on LIVE CHAT to make your buying decision simpler, therefore we do not accept returns and exchanges.

However we will entertain returns only in case where you have been delivered a faulty product, or a different product than what you paid for. Please email us at customercare@wardrobeonweb.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, in case you find it in the above category to process exchange. Please note, that we will send you your order and pick up the return at the same time to make it easy for you (only in USA). If you live in any other country than USA then please send the parcel back to us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will send you your correct order as soon as possible. Please note, that in this case, we will not reimburse the shipping charges, however, we will not charge you for the shipping of your correct order.
